Requested a full snagging report a couple of days after moving into a new build. Within 48 hrs snagdaddy had attended and a further 48 hrs provided a 190 point snagging list. There was no way we would have picked up 95% of them. I was focused on a couple of major irritants. I have a meeting with the builder later and I can’t wait to produce the report ( each item clearly defined with a colour photo highlighting exact issue ). I know I have a journey to get things fixed but I have a professional document , identifying NHBC standards. It will get done ! Thank you and highly recommend.

We are first time buyers, so naturally we were anxious about our New Build property. We enlisted the help of Snag Daddy and we're not dissapointed. What a great service. We had to cancel our PCI Snag the day before it was due. Abigail was able to work with us and rearrange our Snag date. Craig arrived on time and was very helpful. We were under time constraints and needed our snag list back the following day to give to the developer. The team at Snag Daddy went above and beyond to accommodate us and our schedule. I will definetly be recommending to friends and family.

Snag Daddy gave me complete peace of mind that my New Build was up to standard and that there were no major issues. Just a few minor snags were picked up and easily rectified by the developer prior to handover.
